Hi there, the high beam indicator light quit working on my 94 F150. Are the chances good that it's the bulb, or is there any thing else I should look at first?

If the high beams still work then it has to be the bulb, or wiring in the cluster. You'll find out which when you pull the cluster to replace the bulb. The bulb is type 194.

When the key is turned to RUN, the following warning lamps will prove out by momentarily lighting.

l safety belt

l charging system

l brake system

l anti-lock brake

l check engine lamp


Too bad it does not illuminate the High Beam bulb.

 

turns out it was just the bulb. all fixed now...in the last couple of months i've replaced the front fuel tank, all of the brake lines and hoses, the power steering pressure hose, and the high beam indicator light bulb. all i have to do now is fix the oil leak ( rear main and/or oil pan) and all will be right.
