Quick suspension questions!!

Hello everyone, I have a guy interested in trading me his 8 inch skyjacker suspension lift for my stock suspension with a leveling kit. However, my truck is a 2000 f350 with a short bed and his is a 2000 f250 with a long bed. Can we still do the swap or? Thank you very much in advance.

only difference bed length would make is short bed should have a tapered block long bed would not , but with 8" lift the block would likely have to be tapered anyway .

So can my tapered block go into his log bed? And how would I go about tapering it?

almost any block in a lift i have seen is tapered you would not have to taper it.
putting the tapered block from short bed " might " cause slight driveline vibration in his truck.
