I have a 59 F 350 and I was just wondering if there was any other hubs that would fit my front spindle? I would like to swap over to disc brakes or at least change bolt patterns so I can put one piece wheels on the truck.

 

You can get your wheel centers mounted in one piece rims.

I'm aware of no disc brake conversion for the F-350 6 lug x 7.25" hubs. The below old thread goes into these issues more deeply, and toward the end our member Gary Sisson shows his home brew conversion to the 8 lug pattern.
