SD Tons in 79 150

I asked this in the 73-79 section, but thought you guys might be a little more in tune with the market. I've had a set of 2006 SD one tons sitting around for a while, just snagged a 79 150. I figured now is as good of a time as any to do an axle swap. My question is, I'm seeing a lot of old threads where brackets/RA's/etc were fabbed. I'd imagine the popularity of this swap has increased in the last decade, is there anyone supporting the swap components for this??? If not, I'll fire up the plasma and welder, but these days I'd just as soon pay for a quality part than make one.

i have seen very few write-ups on putting the newer SD coil spring axles into older trucks.
the few i have seen were for using these axles to convert 2 wheel SD trucks to 4 wheel.

It is a pretty popular swap among the 94.5-97 powerstroke crowd, and pretty close to a bolt in, however, the frames are considerably wider 80+ than 79 down.
