'10 F250 tail light turn signal issues

Ive got a 2010 F-250 with a V-10.

No rear running lights, no turn signal on rear, no rear brake lights, no rear 4-way flasher, no top brake light. Front and mirror running lights, turn signals and 4 ways work fine.

Also when I step on the brake, the back-up camera display comes on.

I had this issue a few weeks ago, after cleaning the battery cables as well as the small ground wire from the neg terminal to the fender near the battery at the fender contact point, everything worked fine. I subsequently had new battery cables put on at the local Ford dealer and now I am having the same issues. I am not sure if it was acting up when i got it from the dealer or if it started a few days later.

because the back-up camera is coming on when brakes are depressed, I think it may be a ground issue so I inspected the ground on the left frame rail above the spare tire; looked fine, but I cleaned it up and reattached it.

When this presented a few weeks ago, I checked all fuses and they were fine. I cannot find a fuse of relay that would control only the rear turn signals and rear running lights.

Thanks in advance for any help.
