They had 10" in MN while I was there too. Which is unheard of. Campers were under water at a campground there even.

dang!

I expect the mudbog to be pretty bad tonight with all this rain. I'm loaded up and ready to go now though.

Thanks Bob! And a happy birthday to you too! I guess 16 years and 1 day apart.

Well finally bit the bullet. Stopped by the old dealership, was thinking of talking some old friends into giving me a rotate and balance, but when I saw all the paying work they had lined up, I just couldn't do it. I dropped Lucille off at the Ford shop up the road, so they can do the R&B, alignment, and NCSI. I always hate paying for something I know I can do. Just don't have the tools here to do it.

But the good news is, my old shop foreman and service manager were ready to give me an application, guess that's a good thing.

Also made it out to a historical, interactive play in downtown Raleigh. Was a lot of fun, and we're looking for another one to do again soon.

Well it's time to kick the feet up and catch up on some Longmire.

With Tim's car being totaled out, and Shari and I have been talking about helping him get a his first car loan, and get some credit going, we played around on Carmax's web sight yesterday, found a car he really likes, and that we like.
So, we signed for a loan, and his new/used 2014 Focus ST will be here in a couple of weeks. It only has 20k on the clock, 6 speed, loaded for bear. Way better than what I ever owned when I was 22. But he has no problem getting up and out of the house and going to work.

Awesome Bob, Glad it worked out for him. That does look like a fun ride for a 22 year old.

Nice car Bob. Let's hope with his recent record of rearranging body parts he keeps this one intact.

I have a Physical Therapy session just before noon today. Then a trip to Home Depot for some gutter pieces, a some screen for a kitchen window, since I shut the A/C off yesterday since we're looking at 70's for the daytime, and 50's in the evening and nights.
And a piece for my RotoZip showed up yesterday. So I can get back to work on the Maple Rocker I'm redoing for the front porch.

Y'all have a good day.
