How to test Intake Air Temp Sensor?

95 F150 5.8 has been running rough off and on for a while now. Finally pulled codes and 113, ACI/IAT/VAT came up.

Anyone know to test this sensor/circuit?

What am I looking for, what should voltage/ohms be, where?

Thanks, Matt.

If you did not warm up the truck sufficiently you can trigger that code.

In case you did warm it up enough here are the values from/for that sensor. In volts and ohms.

On the IAT sensor. For voltage keep it connected then use probes to measure the signal output using a DVM. For resistance, remove the connector, set the DVM to Ohms then place the probles on the ACT/IAT sensor pins.

For reference:

Change ats

I've seen a bunch of post on here about changing the air temp sensor on the 4.9 6 cylinders I got a 87 f150 with the 4.9 and I just used a regular 1-in socket wasn't deep well with an extension held my two heater hoses out of the way just a little bit screwed it out cleaned it up put it right back in same way no need to remove heater hose or anything else and I didn't need the one inch deep socket.
