Have anyone ever heard of 2 hub caps falling off while driving?

Yep,
Years ago I owned a 73 Olds Toronado that car was always tossing hubcaps. Mainly the fronts and usually while I was flying around a corner at a fairly high rate of speed. I always bought all I could find while scouting the local self serve wrecking yards. this would have been around 1986 through 1991. I also used to set the parking brake and Floor it at stop signs and signal lights. It would broil the front tire and not go anywhere. It would also fill the inside of the cabin with tire smoke & I would have to wait for it to clear before going on. That is of course until one day - after the smoke cleared from inside the car I saw a cop stopped at the intersection across from me. OOOPS - Yep, I was young(er) and stupid!
