Rear passenger side tire sticks out farther.

Rear passenger side tire sticks out farther.
Please tell me this is an easy fix. Here is where I'm at. I went to install my new mudflaps on my new 2016 F150 XLT which has 1800 miles on it. I installed the fronts first looks perfect. Then I installed the drivers side rear and it looks perfect also. Then I started to install the passenger rear mudflap and it would not line up. The outside edge of the mudflap did not cover the tire so I started looking closer and what I see is that the passenger rear tire/wheel sticks out farther to the outside than the drivers side tire/wheel by about an inch. Anybody ever see anything like this before?

Can you do that? Just unscrew the bed bolts on the bottom of the bed?
I did have a spray in bedliner installed and the installers took the bed bolts out before they sprayed and then reinstalled them,I wonder if the bed was moved then or was put together at the factory like this?

My job at the f150 plant is to shoot the divers side bed bolts. The beds are light and will move around although there are locating pins on the passenger side of the bed so we can align it if it comes out of the decker misaligned. Once the bed is aligned and shot the cab is then centered to the bed. The dealer can adjust your bed for the problem youre having just be sure the bed is still centered on the cab when completed. Most people may not notice, but I look at them all day so when i see one on the road I look at that aspect off the truck.

I watched them do the work and asked them why they couldn't move the bolts nuts so the bed would be aligned better and he said you can't move the them. I have no idea if that is true.

He's correct. The nut plates are held captive on the frame and don't move much at all. It sounds like the axle needs to be centered. I've seen some come through the line like this. Those trucks end up in a repair bay but only if someone notices the problem. It is rare I will say.
