1954 f750 fire truck
Fairly new to the forum. Don't post as much as I should. Come across this truck. Looks to be in great condition. Paint is good, Runs and drives good. Been kept inside it's whole life. 13,000 miles, Most of the fire equipment still on it including hoses, lights, siren, spot lights. What are your thoughts on value.

I love this Fire Engine! I want one! Being a Firefighter, I ride in a new one every other day and would love to ride in something like this on my days off! Wish I could help you with a price. I have no idea. Do they have an asking price? You can always start out on the low side to get the ball rolling. So many variables? Good luck and remember to keep us up to date on what happens.

I checked with a buddy of mine and he said just based on one pic and the year/make, it would probably be worth at least 5K. Then the question becomes how much more... Is it all original and in the condition it's in? Has it been restored? If so, when and how did the restoration hold up? What all comes with it - equipment wise? Just how good is the motor? There are a lot of factors, just like with any older vehicle purchase. This truck could be worth up to 20K if it's pristine. Just need to get some more info for a more accurate price.

That is one beauty of a truck. I can't say what it's worth, but really it's worth what you are willing to pay.
The problem with trucks like this is that everyone wants one (At least on this forum) but not many people have the space for something like this so the market is limited.
It would cost a fortune to build one up to this level. (based on the limited pictures)
More pictures would make us all happy. Especially us stockers.
I would be interested to know what the guy is asking as well. Have you searched for other fire trucks for sale in this era? That might help some.

I am going to look at the fire truck this afternoon when I get off work. He also said he had another truck he wants to show me. Oh Boy, another Surprise. Anyway, I will take more pics and get as much history as I can. I think it has been kept in the city firehouse until recently as a display. Still Looking for a range. Would under $5,000 be a deal
