2007 f350 4x4 esof not working.

Done alot of searching on this topic but still at an inpass.
I'm getting no power at the transfer case while shifting to 4x4. I have lights on the cluster when I turn the ignition on but nothing after that.

Things I have tried are:
Checked and metered all fuses related to a esof problem. Swapped both esof relays beside the drivers battery(tested working in my other 03 truck), also removed/tore down to check wires condition. I've probed the plug from the switch on the dash and have 12v at the dark blue wire only(unsure if this is normal).
I've also obtained a gem 4x4 module from a truck I watched the 4x4 engage without fail.

Still no power to the tcase. Only thing I've not tried is a new switch..... or possibly start tracing the wiring for a broken wire. But with power at the switch why isn't something happening?

I have seen 2 switches go bad in my time. Have you tried jumping the switch? That will tell you if it's the problem.

I haven't tried jumping, didn't know what wires to jump and don't want to do more damage.
I have power on the dark blue wire at the switch.

You just need a voltage meter. I don't know what colors go where, but if the switch is getting 12V, you should be able to move the switch to 4x4 and check if power is coming through the switch. If you can't get 12v coming out of the switch on the other wires, your switch is bad.

Ya tried that just hard to probe the back of the plug but from what I've seen the 12v power source seems to drop to 5v but nothing else gets power.

5 volts

mine has no motor except inside tc. im manual shift and have 5 volts to lock up switch or light switch they call it both depending on source. why do i only have 5 volt to the only oil switch on tc? someone on here told me change the motor, the motor in tcase.? that means tc is coming out with torsion bars
