BU Camera tripping after alarm install

I chose a Ford security system because I wanted to make sure Best Buy or audio express didn't inadvertently cause issues with Sync or My Touch. So I go pick up my truck today and the tech says, "Hey, your truck did something weird when I backed out of the parking spot to pull into the garage. The BU camera stayed on when I shifted to park. It only happened once though." I thought that was odd since I hadn't seen it do that at all in the 1200 miles I've put on it.

So I get in, reverse and sure enough the camera stays on no matter what unless I shift back to park and then to drive. I called the accessories guy and he says, "It did that before I even touched it. It wasn't anything I did." He unplugged the alarm and it still does it. He's in full on denial. Then he asked what the mileage was. I told him 9500 and he completely relaxed and says, "Oh, well it's covered under warranty anyway." Great, except I still have to deal with it. I swear it seemed like he wanted me out of there ASAP. I finally told him I want a manager and I wasn't leaving until it was acknowledged and noted that I had a problem after the install. WTH?!

Hopefully it's a simple reflash. Has anyone seen this before?
