Update: Installed new Ignition module (TFI) and cleared all codes.
Started slowly (cranks fast, but took a while to "catch"), then runs okay until EGR misbehaves under load and high acceleration.
Only code to return is "33" which seems to be EGR related, according to our code reader's book.
No more "95" so maybe it was an old code from when I bypassed the wiring as a test a few weeks ago
The EGR valve should be in tomorrow sometime, so maybe tomorrow or Wed I will get it installed.
Still not pleased with the starting. Still seems like it needs "choke"
Is there a choke on these? I haven't checked the solenoid on the IAB yet, though I cleaned the IAB itself.

There are two circuits for the fuel pump system. You have the "primary" circuit, which is the circuit that turns the fuel pump relay on, and then you have the secondary circuit, which is the circuit the relay turns on to put power to the fuel pump.
Your EGR code could definitely cause issues while running. Verify the EGR valve functions by applying vacuum to the EGR valve. You may have to take the valve off and clean it.

It's gone now, hopefully stays away
I think my father in law is set on replacing the EGR. All the troubles and tows, just wants it fixed. That and the new coil are coming shorting.

Success!!!
New coil installed. Old coil bad. Bad coil, bad.
Here are some pics of the old coil. See if you can spot the problem
It wasn't like that last year when we replaced the plugs and wires. The motorhome did have some low voltage issues, including the ignition switch.
Had a no start after he brought it here to do the install. IMMEDIATELY started after the installation of the new coil, MSD Ignition Ford TFI Coil. It is the one that plugs directly into the factory harness.
He is headed to WV this weekend, so that should tell the tale
Thanks again to all those who offered suggestions and education
