Gents;

I am in need of the rear of the front leaf spring shackles for a 1990 f250 4WD. Any suggestions as to where to buy?

this kit is close. My springs are 2.5 " wide. I looked through all of their hanger kits and did not come up with any that fit.

Can the 3" hangers be made to work?

You can put some spacers on each side of the spring and it will work just fine, but give Junior at ATS a call. I bet he already has a solution to this. He is a great guy to talk to, very knowledgeable.

 

I remeasured the springs. There is a step in the spring width I did not see before. The hanger measurements listed work out perfectly, so I think this should work as is.

EOTZ-5340-A .. Bracket-Front Spring-REAR - Right Side.

EOTZ-5340-B .. Bracket-Front Spring-REAR - Left Side.

If you click on the above link, these two Ford part numbers are listed.

Ford truck parts catalog lists the springs as 3" wide...And...these are the ONLY brackets for these trucks.
