Sad times. Getting rid of my 6.0

Unfortunately, I'm having to sell my baby. My back is too brittle to keep working on it. I replaced all the ball joints a few months back and it did me in. I was planning on doing was gaskets after I recovered but it just ain't happening. Even if I paid to have them done, I can't take the rough ride any more. The thing I hate most is note needing to get on here and ask for help. Love this forum! I suppose I'll still lurk around from time to time though.

You gonna do a trade-in or sell it on its own?

If selling outright, what is your asking price?

thanks

I was planning on starting my engine work in March, well that didn't happen and the back still is not up to the task.

I can't stand the thought of getting rid of it but I guess it's just a truck. Carolina Rig, I don't think I'm interested in trading. I've had offers to trade for everything from Harleys to four wheelers and vehicles but I don't really have a need for anything I guess. I'm asking 9500.

Chuck, I can sympathize with you. Having a messed up back affects everything huh?

Nope- I was just wanting to know about how you planned to part ways with it: trade-IN (on another vehicle) or sell outright on its own.

A guy here in the office where I work is making noise about getting a diesel, but I don't know how close he is to moving on it.

Your price seems very reasonable even if it needs a few things. I will PM you in case there's interest.

Sorry you have to sell your rig.

I certainly appreciate it. I ended up buying a used 2014 Sierra. One dealership wouldn't take my 6.0 on trade. The jackass tried telling me No bank will finance the 04-07 6.0. I guess he thought I was just a complete idiot. I didn't even respond to him. Just turned around, walked back to my truck and left while he was talking. I'll admit I'm no genius but I didn't fall off the turnip truck last night.
