Motor mount installation question

Hi all. I just replaced the motor mounts on my 1995 F150 4.9L, and I noticed that the bolt posts that stick underneath the engine through the cross member don't rest at the same place they did before; one is at the bottom of the slot and the other is half-way up the slot. This twists the engine by maybe a degree or so. I'm guessing that doesn't make a big difference, but I wanted to ask in case there's something I don't know about. Thanks in advance!

Just have to jack the engine up and let it drop so the engine is straight up then bolt em back down.

Doesn't hurt anything if it's crooked though, just looks crackish.
