2004 f150 with edge tuner and cold air intake???

Have a 15051 edge tuner and a Roush cold air intake which has not been installed yet, but told can't do...because of a possible lean out condition. Has anyone run this combination or am I screwed, or is edge covering there butt. Need the horses to pull my 24 ft trailer. Any help would be apprecated

Tuners and add-ons can sometimes cause a lean condition which is not a good situation when towing. My current truck is custom tuned so I know for sure I'm not running lean.
