A storm blew through and downed some trees. Thank God it was my 2010 Expedition that was hit and not my '83 Flareside!

About 2 years ago, took the 84 to do some running around. There was a storm, but a very mild one I thought, just a bit of wind and rain. Came home to this. My 2011.


The 84 had been parked next to it. The 2011 had full coverage insurance, the 84 only comprehensive.

 

That my friend is a painful sight ... Someone was watching over you that day!

Did they total it or fix it?

I was hoping for a total, but unfortunately, it was fixed. About $7500.00 worth of damage.

 

Bummer ...

Our house was a nightmare ... 7 years of one, Huge insurance fight, more money than the house was worth in the first place, won kinda, Lawyers new exactly what we won over and above the original claim and took it all!

The race car ... Was a success, we got more then we paid for it!

The Pool, is still a disaster 11 years later!

So I feel for ya!
