Newer headlights

I am looking at these:

Do I need anything else? Anything I should be careful to look at?

IIRC, if you want them to fit correctly and securely you may want to get an '05 header panel.

Or you could 'hack' the header panel to make them work.

You'll need some bulbs/holders from the looks of it. Also you'll need 9007 -> H13 harness adapters if you don't want to cut/solder your original wiring harness. + what mecdac said as well.
When I converted I just hacked my header panel with a dremel.

Thanks for the info. How much is removed from the header panel?

I had been trying to get a bumper, lights, grill and header panel from an 06 but the guy has not texted me back with a price.

They are in. I started to take pics but my cuts look nothing like the cuts in the riff raff instructions. The lights did not clean up and polish very well. I will get another set later. My adapters for the lights should be here Monday.

Did you wet sand them? Don't be afraid to step down to 800grit paper and knock off the coating there. Bring it back up to 1000 > 1500 > 2000 and then clear coat over them.

I just used a cheap kit for now. One may be broken internally. The other has some deep scratches that would not sand out. Both have lots of deep little cracks. I am looking at an 06 bumper, grill and lights instead of more work on these. They were $25 for a reason.
