My personal opinion ... Why did you ruin such a gorgeous truck!

Sorry, But a shiny black dually 4x4 is useless for anything other than crawling malls ...

Don't get me wrong, You did a nice job converting it.

Seems to be pretty useful for him.

I beg to differ. I went all over towing with my crewcab dually 4wd. It towed like no body's business and I was NOT limited to JUST the pavement like 2wds dually are

My statement was not clear, I'm not knocking 4x4 drw's themselves, Have one myself ...

As you know, the point of a dually is trailer stability, Lifts and Monster mudders lesson (or remove) that stability ...

Like I said, he did a nice job converting it, it looks good, just pointless in my opinion other than being different ... Different is ok!

Maybe you should spend more time talking to yourself then.

Not always shiny.

It's somewhat useful for me.

Blue always looks better then red

And I only talk to myself when I really need expert advice

Man, what's the length of the drop for your trailer hitch? That truck is up there.

Better question, what is the weight capacity of the hitch. The more drop you have the less weight capacity you have.

Not too bad actually, it's a 10". Have a 12" also.

Bashby, the ball mount is rated for a 10,000lbs trailer/2000lbs. tongue weight. And before you say something about the drop mount reducing the rating on my 12,000lbs hitch, I does, but I never tow anywhere near any of those ratings.

I am surprised a 12" drop lift has that high capacity.
