Need help with steering clunk sound

Hey guys, gotta '12 explorer limited. It seems to "clunk" when you pass center of the steering wheel either from left to right or right to left.
Any thoughts?

It's probably the strut bearings. I just changed mine about a few months ago.

There is also a recall pertaining to the steering box. I had that addressed a month before I changed the strut bearings, but I'm not sure what it did or if it was contributing to noise because the bearings were so loud.
