Has factory turbo set up on it. Head gaskets are fine. I was just wondering what the best gaskets were for this engine. I know felpro makes really good gaskets but I didn't know if there was a different company that diesel owners used that were considered top of the line. Such as arp head studs for example.

I've used both felpro and Victor reinz on idis, I think the Victor reinz is highly regarded in the idi community. But both work fine.

I will say, I believe there is a difference in which gasket you should use if you have precup protrusion past the head deck. I don't remember the exact measurements, but it is acceptable for the precup to protrude to a certain degree, something like .020. In this case, I believe the graphite composite to be more forgiving than rubber faced, as the graphite crushed around the precup.
