Need CA legal power upgrades

Hi all and thanks for reading my post! I have a 15 super cab SRW 350 4X4 with a 9' Selzi utility body with a 16.5k winch on the front. I have super springs in the rear and 5k coils in the front and with tools, engine drive welder and 75 gal aux diesel tank the truck weighs up to 12,000lbs. I'm switching to 19.5" and 12 ply tires so I don't have to worry about a blowout. I also tow trailer that weighs 8-13k (double axle concrete pump or double axle trailer with 8k kubota compact track loader). So after all said and done I probably should have a 550 with a power stroke. What's the fun in that? I like the 350 for going down forestry roads and parking in Residential areas. Now that I've bulked up my suspension I need to get some more ponies under the hood. I have the AFE pro dry intake which gave me a good boost and sounds amazing but I'm looking for more. I know an exhaust will help, and Ive looked at a few but I'm a little hesitant because it's a cab and chassis truck. I've also looked at tuners but most aren't 15+ CA compliant. Lastly I would like a supercharger kit but highly doubt it'd be available in CA and be smog legal. Cheers!

You didn't say what gears you have but if was mine and it had 19.5 wheels I would look at 4.88 gears.

Call these guys for all questions on tuning your 6.2, they are very helpful:
Got a 2011-2016 6.2L V8 Super Duty? - 5 Star Tuning
Like Denny said, with your heavy weight setup, gears will do the most good and are CA compliant!

the 5 star tuner is the best bang for the buck, not legal in CA (at least my v10 isn't) Before you get a smog test put it back to stock tuning and drive 150 miles before taking it in and then re load the tune after you pass. I am sure as far as emissions it would pass but the tune won't allow certain monitors to reset. Changing your battery before driving 150 miles will make you fail CA smog too.
