Welcome aboard macs40. I used to be down in Roseburg before retiring and moving back home. Can't help with the engine. Used to be a shop in the Roseburg that had rebuilds or would rebuild your existing for a very reasonable price, but they closed up sometime ago after the owner had a heart attack.

Have you checked with Contact Motor Works | Remanufactured Engines | Engine Sales? They might be a little spendy, don't know - have never used them, but I have heard a few people say some good things about them.
Since I have never had any first hand experience with them, be sure to check them out very carefully. Perhaps someone on here or in one of the other threads has.
