So you abandon the Fitech system and went back to a carburetor ? DID you return the unit to Summit ?

I would certainly expect better service from the vendor than you are getting. I recently had a $200. item received with hidden shipping damage. The vendor sent a replacement out immediately to replace the damaged unit.

Im glad I seen this post. I was looking at the FiTech and Holley. Holley is a more well known name so I was leaning more towards this.

I guess I'll take Fi-tech off my book marked page then, the Holley system sounds good and will keep them in mind when the time comes..

Just installed the fitech in my 54 f100 with a 390FE, just waiting for my back ordered fuel pump to show up! There is lots of good reviews on the net, along with some bad ones. Hopeing mine is one of the good ones.

Cool, I think the Fitech needs a rock solid tach signal. So I believe points are out...
