05 6.0 rocker arm torque

Hey guys. I'm on the tail end of my head stud project. I got the heads assembled with rocker arms, and injectors put in, but not torqed. I started all the 10mm bolts holding the rockers, and then torqued the studs. When looking for the torque speck on rockers, I came across people saying to torque the rockers first, and then the stud and some guys say to torque the stud and then the rockers. My question is, what is the correct way to do it? I really don't want to bend a push rod by not installing them correctly. Thanks
