Mystery noise, transmisson

I pulled the conver off the hump to find a banging noise which went away as soon as I pull the cover. But I did fined this noise instead. I really s*uc at diagnosing, any help is appreciated.

Gear whine, normal in first on that trans.

A bit of a rattle. Possibly an bearing issue but it sounds to me like it is at output shaft speed. Check u-joints, carrier bearing if equipped, TC fluid for level and any metal. Check mounts as well.
