Question Power Steering Switch Check

Anyone here know how to test the PS Switch? Its a '90 F250 4x.

Power Steering Switch Check

The Haynes manual tells how. I think you just put a multimeter across its terminals, set for continuity. The switch should be open until you jerk the steering wheel either direction(with the engine running), but see what the Haynes says.
