Always used Krown spray oil type rustproofing on my older F150's but am not sure I want them drilling holes in the aluminum body panels and doors to inject it on my 2016. There's lots of steel parts under the truck and probably inside the door and window mechanisms that can rust.

Should I let them drill and spray or just spray the undercarriage I wonder, or skip it altogether?

the benefits to the undercarriage is the same as it always has been.

 

It's been awhile since I've seen the stuff inside doors rust out, and the cost to replace those parts is less than annual spray would end up running. I'd stick with just the undercarriage, and I do think that much would have good value.
