Roof rack wind deflector pics?

I run a Yakima roof rack for my kayak and skis and snowboard and etc, but I'm tired of the wind noise and turbulence... Considering trying one of these wind deflectors, but not sure I'll like the look. I'm sure someone already runs something similar. Just looking for an idea of how they mesh with the excursion.

I'm currently in the process of installing a set of roof rack stands and crossbars on our Ex for hauling 3 kayaks. I plan to remove the stands from the base plates when not actually carrying the kayaks. The set of stands I bought has a keyed quick release from the base plates. I'm taking pics of the parts I've made and the installation on the EX that I'll post once finished.
I had to deal with a high pitched whistle from the emergency light bar on the roof of my old pickup then when that was removed I had a ladder rack that had a deep rumble from the wind, I aint going down that road again with the EX.

Ran a Yakima setup for mountain bikes on my old Saab, the deflector really helped to cut down on the whistle when unloaded. Not much change loaded obviously.

I have one on the Yak rack and on the Mega Warrior, and it does help with the noise. I even had one on the rear bar pointing backwards, just because.

I started to wrap bungees along my cross bars to help break up the wind. I works fairly well. I may even run them around the light bar to see if that helps even more. I run a slightly different setup.....but wind noise is wind noise.

Yeah I've heard of the bungee trick, just looks a little ghetto for me. At least theoretically, wrapping the bars in wire or tape should work the same (just like the factory antenna, if you look at it).
I can slide my ski racks to the middle and move the crossbars to the middle and it cuts on the noise but it's a pain to climb up with an Allen wrench and move them around every time I wanna haul gear.
