F-1 Flathead Engine Build Finally!!!

I got the flathead engine stand adapter from Stumpy's Fab Works. You will want an FFESA-S85 for an 8BA or 59 block.

I sandblasted the frame and painted it with Eastwood Black Frame paint. I didn't buy aerosol cans, I bought a quart and sprayed it with a gun. I painted the axels and springs separately. Then put them on. It was about 20 years ago when I started this project. Then I got married and the whole thing came to halt. She sat in my grandmothers garage until last winter after I found myself divorced and started it again. I assume Eastwood still sells it by the quart, but I haven't looked.
