O/T a couple new toys

I added 2 more vintage pedal cars to my yard art this week.
First is a 40ish Garton Fire Chief, pretty much just a shell.

And a Steelcraft 1941 Chrysler, kinda rare.

I started makeing a new set of spindles for the Chrysler.

My other ones are a 50s Space cruiser space ship, a 1950 Murray Comet, a 40s Irish Mail, a 60s Ertyl JD tractor and a 60s Ertyl Ford tractor.
I've caved in to offers and sold a few over the years. I had an Eska Farmall I let go for $300, probably worth twice that.

I haven't seen an Irish Mail in years. My aunt and uncle lived just outside Philly and had one. I used to love to ride it when we went for a visit in the early to mid 60s.

I'll get a couple pictures of my yard tomorrow. I have half dozen old coaster wagons, Bicycles, trikes, a toy junkyard, old car grilles. All lined up against my house, it's a mess. People come through the yard just to take pictures.

I have a client coming up from Seattle to discuss stain samples for a huge kitchen island we are building for her. I really didn't invite her so I told her... "Just don't expect some kinda Martha Stewart scene around here". Hoods, tires, doors, engine blocks with oil slicks around them in the mud in front of the shop. You know what I'm talkin' about, just the normal fare in the life of a rural gearhead.
