Dragging brake pad

I did a much needed brake job 2 weeks ago because the drivers side outer brake pad was dragging badly causing it to wear down to bare metal very quickly and score up my rotor. The problem went away for a little while but now its back and its going to wear my brakes faster and its destroying what little gas mileage I have. I watched it as I pumped the brakes a few times and it appears the sliding pins aren't sliding back leaving the pad in contact with the rotor. I dont know how to fix this I tried putting more grease on the pins but they are still not working. Any idea?

If it were me I would just replace the caliper and the hose if they haven't been replaced. But first I would crack the bleeder screw and see if anything comes out. Might have some gunk built up in there. It's possible the hose has collapsed internally as well.

It's not a problem with the piston I don't think. Its just the caliper not sliding back to where its supposed to be

The piston in the caliper has to retract slightly after releasing the brake pedal. If you are sure the pins and the sliding area is clean and lightly lubed with correct grease, the issue is a hung piston or a collapsed brake hose.
