radiator hoses

so I purchased a set of radiator hoses for my 6.4

top drivers is new design for sure as it has the cream color housing and 2 orings (8c3z-8260)

bottom driver side is correct as it has cream color housing and 2 orings (8c3z-8286a)

bottom passanger side (8c3z-8286b) I have problems. both ends are black, and there is only 1 oring on both ends. can some one help verify this one to is supposed to have a cream color hosing, and also 2 oring in the middle where the passanger bottom and drivers bottom meet?

Radiator Hoses

I recently had both upper and lower replaced ($695.00 w/fluid change) and all the ends were light color and all fittings has 2 O-rings. Ford isn't selling the failed single O-ring hoses anymore, so if you have one, take it back because it WILL fail. Good Luck...

I think you have your part numbers backwards. The motor craft 8286A hose is black on both ends. You can go to Rockauto and look at pictures or you can pull up microfiche from a Ford parts site and double check your part numbers but I think your part numbers are fine. If your pulling the degas bottle and changing hoses you might also think about changing the hose to the degas bottle which is motor craft part number 8C3Z8075C I believe. And yeah ... a fulfillment house will send out an older version but I think you got the right hoses. Make yourself a pick tool for reaching up to pop off the lower hoses from the radiator. Its a long reach and a coat hanger pick on the end of a wooden dowl makes it much easier if not possible.
