Well Rusty came over today to help me crank it. Brought his Dashboss left it with me. I really liked it. I Run IOS 9.2.1 and it worked great.
Got it cranked AND had a leak that appears to be either the EGR "O" rings or the intake mount. ;-) Back into it it tomorrow. Many many thanks to Rusty to drive 30+ miles after work to help me. I volunteered to be his parts washer on his next job.

Question is can the intake be taken off without removing the turbo.

I can't think of anything else it could be. You can see water dripping off the edge of the EGR cooler at the front and going into the valley. I wish somebody would chime in and tell em to check this or that because I'm not sure. But it is what it is. Look at the bright side. I can do it in 1/3 of the time now that I know what I'm doing.;-)

Ck to see if the blue hose is turned enough on the manifold to the cooler. It will leak there if is not.

Is it leaking into the valley or the front?
Did you replace the intake to front cover dohnut oring?
Unfortunately you habe to pull the turbo to get the intake out.

Not if you still have an EGR cooler installed. If you cut off the rear ear mount for the EGR cooler it could possibly clear the turbo pedestal.

Well, it was the o ring from the EGR cooler to the intake. I knew it felt a little hard to get in, and I tore it. My Bad. Good news is I started on it a 10 this morning and at 6:30 this evening bolted the turbo back on. ;-) Will finish tomorrow (probably late) But was sure a quicker turn around time. I see how somebody really good could do this in 6-8 hours. Will post pictures tomorrow of my mistake. Thanks Shaneb75 (I cried on his shoulder last night) Thanks Rusty Axelrod (cried on his shoulder twice today) I have really enjoyed doing this. ARIZONA just jump in with both feet this forum will bail you out.

Heck man, you are all over this! Glad it turned out to be something straight forward, nice to know you are fixing it for sure instead of hoping that was maybe the problem. Is that battery coming up? Cables/hose good to go?

Haven't put on the new battery cable yet. I have it but was trying to get it back together and cable last thing. After I pulled out that old black o ring in the block to put the orange one back in I saw what you were talking about. It just looked really strange. MAYBE tomorrow unless I really screw up again I can finish this. I'll be your parts washer for the next month for helping me

I hate that you had to dig back into it, but sure glad it was just an o-ring.

Can't wait to see you post tomorrow night that it runs great!!

Hey Tideman I am glad to here you are getting your truck all back together. Sorry I was not around I was out of town for over a week, my uncle flew me to Scottsdale,AZ to a auto auction and needed me to drive his 2015 F-350 with a goose neck trailer, with some very nice antique cars back to North Carolina. I am so glad to see everyone here helping and advising you. Good to be back home...
