Frequent Regen Question...
I keep seeing a variety of answers and opinions concerning the regeneration process, and to what is acceptable and not an issue. I recently purchased a 2010 F-250 with 150,000 miles on it. Recently (past three weeks or so), once the truck reaches temperature, I get about 30 to 60 seconds of white smoke from the exhaust system. The truck is used primarily in town with many short trips, so I assumed it was not completing a full region cycle, but the frequency makes me think something is wrong. Any advice?

You need to get it out on the freeway... I would delete either way, but get her out on a long drive so she gets a good cleaning. There are a variety of causes for excess regen, but short trips and long idle times are the primary culprit.
Watch your oil level as well, with frequent regen comes lots of fuel in the crank case. Keep yourself on a 2500-3000 mile oil change interval or things are going to get ugly fast.
