F6 axle bearing question

My book says these rear axle bearings are correct for a "conventional axle".

BB1239A = SKF 453X
BB1240A = SKF BR462
BB422 = SKF BR3920
BB4221B = SKF 3984

My question is: What is a "conventional axle"?
I have the Eaton 1350 two-speed. Does it have the same inner and outer bearings, and hubs? This info isn't in my book.
When I posed this question to a couple of bearing houses I got the "thousand mile stare".

I think a "conventional axle" is one that is open, not locking (posi/detriot.. or otherwise)...

Hubs, bearings, seals and axle shafts are the same for single speed and two speed.

Thanks. I think that's what I wanted to know.
My book says "(TH, WH conventional axle)" page 9.
Just wanted to be sure before I ordered the bearings in case I missed something.
