Turbo whistle upgrade

Anybody know a good way to get a louder turbo whistle. I want to keep it cheap (I know that's probably gonna be difficult). I'm not going to replace my exhaust (I like it the way it is) I've heard of some turbo wheels that would make it louder anyone have any other idea?

Eliminating the EBPV and doing a 3" down pipe with straight pipe exhaust, and a 6637 intake is the best and cheapest way. If you still have the factory flat down pipe exhaust system, and intake, nothing will make it whistle any louder.

OP. Working on these trucks is like planting a garden. To be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor you have to do some ground work first. You can keep the exhaust quiet, but the down pipe needs to be changed it is far too restrictive. Put an intake on it and if you want the wheel go for it but do some prep work first. Your truck will appreciate it
