Terry asked me back in april if I could make a stock 56 roof with gutters while he was on the phone w a guy named bob who has a shop in Pasadena California, I said yes and we said would take a couple months. He said to make it. We shipped it out on time he had it for months and terry asked for payment he said it was too expensive . Finally about three weeks ago we had a shipping company pick it up and I knew a mold was being knocked off it when I seen changes to it, bondo, and tooli g overspray. So I called out there an asked about how to fix a rusty top and gutters and his parts guy brought up this top they were making and after a few more questions had my answer .

I would call the BBC and also the Attorney General for your state and theirs... They had you do all the hard work. As you know, they steal from you. Save someone else from this scam artist... Contact your phone company about calls from that time. Also your shipping information both ways and your bill...

It's very sad to hear that you have been taken advantage of in such a manner, unfortunately you are not his first victim from what I've read over the years. Im not a lawyer, but without a patent and or a contract I doubt that you will be able to recoup more than the original negotiated price, and that only because he did not make payment and did not return the item in the same condition that he received it in. I hope Im wrong about that, you put a lot of hard work into the making of that piece. As for your non paying stealing customer, He will get his. People like that may think that they are getting over on somebody, but in the end they will pay. Maybe not in money, or even in this lifetime, but believe me he will answer for the things he has done. I wish you the best in your efforts for payment, and hope everything turns out the way it should. Hang in there, and remember, the only thing we have control over is ourselves, and how we live our lives. Take care.
