I have a 98 f150 with 160k miles and I went to pep boys cut my truck off went inside came back out and it wouldn't start, I've checked the starter alternator battery fuel pump all the fuses, I'm getting 44lbs of pressure from my fuel pump I'm getting fuel in my injectors it's just like the truck won't spark to crank up and I just replaced the cam sensor, I am stumped does anybody have any ideas?

Have you checked for codes?

 

The cam sensor will not cause a continuous "Crank but does not fire" symptom.

Check for power at the injectors and the coils. Check for the PCM ground pulses at same.

Check the crankshaft position sensor.
