Those were the days......

In 1970, my parents bought a house in San Francisco for $26,100. Last month, the comparable sales valuation was $1.2 million. It's nuts.

I used to live in Miami, JD Ball was the hi-performance Ford dealer and also the Shelby dealer.
How about a real Cobra for less than six grand?
I went there in 1970, he had a Cobra and a Boss 429 Mustang on the showroom floor. The Cobra was seven grand and the Boss 429 was sixty one hundred.

I remember seeing a 70 boss429 for sale at colonial ford in Danbury ct when I was about 12 it was sky blue with a black stripe . I loved that car then and still remember it. I read an article in a mag not long ago about a guy that bought one years ago same color . Turns out that was the same car! He still has it and is still in CT. Cool!
