Picking a Carb

Hey all, so I've got a 1979 f250 4x4 with a 351m and c6. Fresh motor nothing too fancy just bored .30 over. I just acquired an edelbrock streetmaster 4bbl intake. Now I want to buy an edelbrock carb to put on top. I'm not a Holly guy so please don't go there. I do some towing so I'm after some power gain and I'd like it to get up and move a little quicker getting on the freeway or what have you. Also I am not wanting to get stupid with cfm's and get 2 mpg either. Anyone have an idea what cfm or which edelbrock carb I should go with? Thanks

Another vote for the Edelbrock. I have one on my 77 and love it.
