2004 f250 5.4 overheating fixed

Hello, new to the site. I wanted to post an experience I had with this truck overheating to maybe help someone out with similar problem. I replaced with new spark plugs at 16x,xxx miles and sometime after that my wife complained of overheating periodically but not that much. I did usually new thermostat no change, new water pump no change, new fan clutch no change, new cht sensor no change, rad, flush no change. Finally did compression check noticed spark plugs looked very hot, they were Autolite AP103 which is rated for this engine but they are too hot of an heat index and this caused all the trouble. Put Motorcraft back in and no trouble since. Stay away from Autolite spark plugs in these engines. Did research online of heat indexing on different spark plugs and this is very important on triton engines. Motorcraft rating is 2 and Autolite is 14 or 16 which is way to hot. The CHT sensor is located near cylinder 6 and as the plugs heated it transferred to the sensor quickly and drove the temp hand up. Thank you
