Okay thanks I'll probably pull it and put new orings on it I've just decided to replace everything on it while it's out getting closer though

And I totally forgot when I had long cranking on my dd it was bad battery connections so I'm definitely gonna re do those to now thinking about it there in fair shape but could use some help

Well I have a question I took my timing cover of my spare motor and it has this deal but the timing cover on this truck doesn't have it

Well I almost have it ready to go back in it's really close got injector orings in and oil pan on it shouldn't leak now and oil cooler rebuilt and installed and it's really close hopefully it'll go back in tomorrow

Well got a lot closer last night got trsnny bolted up Tourqe converter bolted up got the crossmember in and motor bolted down gotta put fuel bowl and power steering and Ac bracket back on and radiator and it'll run again

Well got everything all hooked up filled hpop resovior and hpop rails and filled fuel bowl up and cranked it over a bit with valve covers harness unhooked then plugged them in took a bit of cranking but it's up and running and doing good

Well had a tiny drip on passenger side valve cover gasket so I replaced that that's fixed also have small oil drip from what I believe is hpop rear seal so I bought all new seals for it going to reseal it and never reseal done before removed and installed one but not reasealed and Ive got a shift kit ordered for the tranny and I found a 6.0 tranny cooler to for it

Well today I got the power windows and locks working and by wiring in that harness the climate controls work winsheild wipers and interior lights and guage lights work getting closer

There is a plug on the driver side of the HPOP just under where the lines connect to it that can sometimes leak. Had a SD in my shop not long ago that fooled me into thinking it was the gasket leaking, but it was that plug had loosened up. Make sure that is tight before you pull the pump. It's hard to get to, but you can get a wrench on it.
