2010 F150 4.6 2v to 2003 SVT Cobra

Hello all, I have a 2010 F150 STX with the 4.6 liter V8 sohc 2V, w/ 4r75 4spd automatic. I am interested in swapping the motor for the 4.6 out of a 2003 SVT Cobra. If I get around to doing this, what issues will I encounter? I'm sure the motor will mate with the transmission, since they're both 8 bolt cranks, but will mounting the motor in the engine bay be a issue, or will it drop right in? Also, what else will have to be changed to accommodate cobra motor? I know it shouldn't be in a truck, but I'm building it into a street rod. I have another truck for doing truck things, so I'm not concerned with losing my low end torque or anything like that. Any advice provided will be appreciated.
