Need some assistance, I remember back in the day when it did not matter what kind of truck you owned if you needed a camper top you went down and got one. Is there a certain one that fits a 2008 F250 crew cab long bed? I am being told I have to buy one specific to the model. Is this true? Do you have any suggestions?

 

The beds are actually slightly different depending on the year. Just pick a style you like and the dealer will get you the correct cap. If buying from a private party, you will need to make sure it fits your truck.

 

i think they do make them pretty specific to different model trucks now. I ordered mine from a Leer dealer back in 06. they matched the paint too and there are so many options on them now. It seems as though they try to make them match up wi the rear of the cab more now. I love mine. keeps my junk secure and has even been my sleeping quarters on a few road trips.
