how to have my location appear in my posts?

Is there a magic number of posts I need to have my location and reps appear in my posts in the upper right corner? can't find the info anyway in the User CP menu.

Click User CP in the top left of your screen. Then Edit Your Details and you can input your location there.

already tried the Edit Your Details tab. My location is stated as Austin in that tab but it just doesn't appear in my posts. I went through every tab in the User CP menu...but can't figure it out. that's why i'm assuming it's based on a number of posts.

Did you scroll way down the page? It asks you about hobbies, LOCATION, etc. The 1st place you put in your location it tells you it doesn't show up..... The "Additional Information" box..

Strange, there must be a check box or something you and I are missing. I looked through the different sections, but didn't see anything obvious. I am sure some one more knowledgeable will be along shortly.

I don't think it is a post count issue though, just a check box somewhere.

The magic number to be allowed to do extra stuff is 25 posts.

Directions (The path)
User CP (Left side of screen)
Edit Your Details (Left side of screen)
(In 3rd Section called Additional Information)
Where you live. (Center)

OR You can put it in your signature.

User CP
Edit Signature

EDIT: I changed mine using the top directions to be sure this works. It does.
