Amber Cab Lights - No Drilling
Hey everyone!
I think I may know the answer to this, but doesn't hurt to ask you guys!
Does anyone make, or have any ideas as to how to make, the Amber Cab Marker Lights?
I've always loved the look of those lights on a truck, but unfortunately I just can't bring myself to drilling the cab to install them.
I've looked around, but can't seem to find anything. I would have thought for sure by now someone in the aftermarket would've come up with a kit for us folks who dont want to drill.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

I always figured if someone came up with a kit.....somehow (tastefully and not exposed of course) down maybe through the weather stripping or something like that. Kind of how some people (like people who plow) put up those temporary magnetic lights on top and just run the wire down that way.

I don't blame you. I like the cab lights. They're only like an $85 factory option on a new truck. I wouldn't order one without them. Anything without drilling will likely be kind of ****ty looking. Either exposed wiring, battery operated, etc.
Maybe get a price from the dealer to do the drilling? If they leak you can bring it back to them.

Really easy to do. I documented how in the referenced thread below.

I am so close to doing this myself but can't quite bring myself to commit. Especially because my best bud and my wife both think Im nuts for even considering it. I will have my truck off the road for the winter in about a month though where it will sit in my heated shop. I'm guessing the temptation may be to much then.
