0-60 with 6.2

Anyone else time their 6.2 0-60? I got 7 seconds stock.

seven! regular cab 4.30 4x2... 4.30 is only option i have on the truck besides what comes standard so its the lightest f250

I have the same truck. Not sure what year yours is but the only difference is mine is a 4X4. I will run mine up to sixty and see the time is.

7 seconds is pretty good, but I'd question how accurate that time is. How did you measure?

It's the 4.30's that are helping you move out that fast. I have the CCSB 4x4 w/3.73's and it certainly moves quickly off the line if you put the gas to it. I like how quick it is.

I have one of those G Tech gadgets that you stick to the windshield & it gives you 0-60 & 1/4 mile times. I'll stick it in the 13 F250 & see what it does. Results on Monday.

That's funny. I did the same exact thing with mine. I don't even have a CD player! I havn't timed my 1/4 mile though. I guess I can say it's close to yours. ha!

4x4 also adds a tiny amount of drag. I love hearing about other people who have basic trucks!!! I love my roll down windows

Different strokes I suppose. Two of my trucks have rolldown windows, I don't really see the appeal day to day. Obviously less chance of something going wrong with them but I have a '92 parts truck in my field that I've had for about fifteen years and the power windows still work now the same as the day I got it.
