That Sounds promising Sparky, are you going way of witchering or do you know of the other spring that perks? My well is at 285 ft and still pumping strong but some local ranchers are only 85 some around 125 that are pumping salt water not good for crops and has a nasty smell, have it tested , Arsenic is on the rise.

Wow, I have been out of sports for awhile. I just found out today that the Astros are in the American League now. And the only reason I found out is because the Internet stated they beat the Yankees in Yankee stadium. What's next? Lights at Wrigley Field? LOL.
Also watched American Sniper on HBO today. Very sad ending. Survive four tours in Iraq, and get killed in America by an American Marine. Unreal.

I hate the Bay area traffic and avoid that mess if at all possible.
For the past 30 years, whenever I drive to Sac (my brother lives in Folsom) I've always taken Pacheco Pass over to I5, avoiding 680/80 because I can't stand that traffic crap. I even avoid it if I'm going up when there's no rush hour traffic, if I can.
It sucks that my wife's Orthopedic knee surgeon is up in Fremont.

Well, that is one thing I can say I am glad about. For the most part Fresno has no traffic. Not the stop and go stuff in LA like I am used to. I'll take your word for the lousy traffic in the bay area as I have never been there except that one trip to Hayward to look at that flatbed tow truck two years ago. One main reason for leaving the LA area was the constant traffic problems. Even though, technically I did not live in LA but Orange County, and their roads were only marginally better. The I5 needs to be widened to six lanes on each side, but there is no room unless they start tearing down businesses.
